Many business publications welcome client-supplied feature articles written in their magazine house style on topics of interest to readers. This approach also allows the featured company to retain control of the text and images used in the feature.

John Malcolm of wordwork drafted this wide-ranging 3,000-word, eight-page promotional feature article for Subsea 7 for publication in leading industry magazine Oil, Gas and Shipping during Norway’s Offshore Northern Seas (ONS) energy exhibition and conference. 

More recently, John also researched and wrote this well-received 14pp feature article for HeavyTorque, a superbly illustrated specialist heavy haulage magazine.

The article is a behind-the-scenes report on the challenges faced by specialist heavy haulage teams in transporting a giant subsea towhead for market-leading subsea engineering contractor Subsea 7 through the streets of Wick, in the North of Scotland.
