Working with clients on writing projects
Some clients like to be directly involved in working on the copywriting process, for example when preparing an award submission or tender pre-qualification. This collaborative process can be a very fruitful brainstorming approach, opening up new ideas and messages.
In general, however, wordwork clients deliver the brief and leave John to conduct research and interviews as required.
Interviews are conducted either face-to-face or remotely via video or audio recording. Drawing on his extensive experience, John then produces draft copy for client review, comment and approval. (View more information on wordwork's editing services).
John either works directly with company principals, or liaises with in-house communication teams and design/advertising/PR agencies. The text can be delivered on a standalone basis for in-house productions, or John can collaborate with web developers, creative designers, printers and media producers on taking the project through to completion.
